Richmond: Sarah Haack, RDN, MS

Sarah Haack, RDN, MS

Sarah Haack is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care. She uses a weight-neutral approach to see the whole person, and supports each client in defining and achieving their own definition of health. She specializes in eating disorders, chronic disease management, and nutrition for older adults.

We are biologically built to enjoy delicious food! Every person deserves to live without guilt or shame about their food choices or their body. Sarah works with her clients to build body trust, reject the diet mentality, and feel empowered to take those first – and sometimes scary! – steps towards change. In her office, there is no such thing as failure or perfection. Expect to try new approaches, use setbacks as learning opportunities, and most importantly, have some fun.

Prior to Rejuvinix, Sarah worked in public health for the CDC, EPA, and NIH. She loves boba, fantasy football, and her two purr-fect pets.
